AEROSTAFF is based in Victoria’s Aerospace Precinct at Port Melbourne

Formed in 1990 to service Australia’s Prime Aviation companies, Aerostaff opened up a small workshop in Tullamarine and quickly received Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) Approval No: 1387 covering manufacture and maintenance of aircraft components.
In 1995 our Quality System was audited and approved to
AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994 for the Manufacture/repair of aircraft sheet metal and fibreglass components and maintenance/repair of restraint equipment and cabin trim.
In 2004 Aerostaff undertook an audit process
from Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA)
and became accredited to AS9100 standard.
